Toyota EXPERT 9100 series provides wireless networking capabilities

Tampa, FL – Pantograms Mfg. Co., Inc., a distributor of the Toyota EXPERT 9100 series announces the wireless networking capabilities for one or more Toyota EXPERT 9100 single-head embroidery machines. The Toyota EXPERT 9100 can be setup for wireless communication using readily available standard networking components and the exclusive EXPERT Stitch Manager software.

The wireless network will allow the apparel decorator the freedom to place the Toyota EXPERT 9100 machine(s) in one room and the office computer in another. The setup for the wireless network uses standard home network communication and Pantograms technical support is available for guidance. Once the Toyota EXPERT 9100(s) is setup, the Expert Stitch Manager software on the computer locates all of the machines connected to the network and allows full access to sending and monitoring jobs that are being embroidered by the machine. One job can quickly be sent to all heads in the network or different jobs to each machine. The operator can then view the progress of each machine on the computer which shows a real time sew out, time left in a job, and other valuable information. The wireless network provides a quiet environment for office work while still being able to oversee a busy embroidery production environment.
