The EXPERT ESP9100 Net is a single-head 15-needle/15 color compact embroidery machine that can be network with multiple EXPERT ESP9100s to form a cohesive line of machines similar to a multi-head operation. The major difference is each machine head can work simultaneously on the same job order or separately on multiple jobs. When one machine has a thread break or stops, the rest of the machines still keep stitching. Every EXPERT ESP9100 Net comes with the Expert Series Stitch Manager Networking software, which sends embroidery files from your computer to the machine. The software locates all of the machines connected to the network and allows full access to sending and monitoring jobs that are being embroidered by the machine. One job can quickly be sent to all heads in the network or different jobs to each machine. The operator can then view the progress of each machine on the computer which shows a real time sew out, time left in a job, and other valuable information.
The EXPERT ESP9100 Net comes with a nice set of standard hoops and a 270-degree cap frame kit. It is capable of stitching up to 1200 stitches per minute and a large embroidery field of 360 x 500mm. The machine has 3-ways of connecting to a computer – USB, LAN or Serial Port. All EXPERT ESP9100 Net machines come with a 5-year warranty.
