My company was formed with a love of embroidery, design and drawing at its core. After working as a store designer in NYC for over 20 years, the time came to make a change to something I really loved. As a creative person, I sought to express myself and connect to people thru art at the same time utilizing the technical and professional experience I had acquired over the years. I discovered embroidery software and a home machine first; an all-consuming passion was born !

I’d like to say that the first thing I liked about Pantograms besides their easy- to-use website is how they sold me my machine. After expressing interest, Marc made a sample for me which I filed away for a year. He sent me some emails from time to time but basically was low key. When I finally emailed him for answers to several questions, he was very helpful and pleasant. He suggested a trade show in my vicinity which is where I bought my Toyota. I liked Pantograms ‘family company ‘ atmosphere, the length of time they’d been in business, and their service priority. Since I have had the machine, I have called their service line probably 6 times and each time I have received a prompt call back with clear problem-solving directions. I have satisfactorily ordered supplies as well. Pantograms and I have a successful relationship as far as I’m concerned. They are helping me realize my dream!
