Three Ways to Connect
Serial Port When the conventional machine networking is already in use, the serial port is useful for adding on an additional Expert ESP9100 NET.
Lan Port Enables networking unlimited machines with the Expert Stitch Manager. Enables use of wireless technology and enhances production efficiency and flexiblity. It is required to use Expert Stitch Manager software to use LAN.
USB Port USB technology provides the option to connect a standard USB floppy disk drive or USB memory stick to read the data.
Compact, User Friendly, Safe to Use
Good user ergonomics are built into the Expert ESP9100 Net as designed by Toyota. All features are within quick reach of the operator. The control panel tilts for easy viewing. To enhance operator safety, the machine will only operate with the face cover closed.
15 Colors, High Speed, Large Stitch Area
Stitch small logos or large jacket back designs at a fast 1200 stitches per minute, with up to 15 colors and automatic thread trimming. New mechatronics technology permits operator to select frame movement speed and needle timing for fine tuning the stitching process.
Accurate Thread Break Sensor
Rotary - type thread sensor detects upper and lower thread breaks, automatically stops the machine and sounds an alarm.
Easy Change Over
Making change overs from tubular to cap embroidery is easy, fast and smooth. The easy to use cap attachment minimizes downtime so you can respond to customer demands quickly.
Fully Loaded, Easy to use Control Panel
Simple panel with LCD guide and multi-language display, offers easy embriodery operation including simple editing such as design repeat, rotate, and more. Expert ESP9100 Net allows the operator to resume stitching on a partially completed design after the machine has been turned off.

Networking Multi-Head versus Conventional Multi-Head
The embroidery system can fit your floor space and budget.
The Expert ESP9100 Net can be installed in any quantity or layout to provide the embroidery output you want and fit in the space you have available. The machine will fit through a standard door opening and can be placed away from other machines or the computer if desired. Flexibility and versatility apply to the machine’s size and capabilities.

Conventional multi-head machines must stop if operator attention is needed. Loss of stitching time is dramatically reduced using multiple Expert ESP9100 Net machines, since each machine operates independently.

When I purchased my machine in October of 2006 I to searched the boards, read everything I could , talked to others that were using the three brands I was looking at: TAJIMA, SWF, TOYOTA.
With it narrowed to those three and price was somewhat close, I then turned my attention to support. Any machine is only a machine if you are as new as I am to them.
The one company that stood out so much more than the others is Pantograms in Tampa.
I checked out the company with others I knew that purchased their and all said the same for there support. GREAT.
I delt with Joe Smalley as my sales rep but I was introduced to the entire staff, everyone.
I spent several hours in Tampa with them and ask I am sure more questions in one day than they proubly get in a week. And everyone took the time to answer them all and made sure I was clear about what was explained.
They run that company the way I run mine and how most companies used to be run. SERVICE- - - - SERVICE - - - - - and then more SERVICE
I bought the entire staff that day, they just happened to throw in the TOYOTA 9000.
