My wife Marianne and I attended Embroidery Equipment Training July 5 - 7. We came back from training and were very busy with our screen printing, vinyl graphics, and promotional products business. We had a lead from our Chamber of Commerce Business Expo that needed embroidery for her project. We called her and she needed her embroidery project completed by Monday, July 18th.

We began her project on Sunday, July 17th at 12:00 PM and finished at 4:00 PM. We delivered her project at 4:30 PM Sunday . Starting this project was loading the Forte' software onto our computer, outsourcing the digitiized dst file of the design that she created, hooping the garment on the Hoopmaster for a left chest text, hooping the garment for a full back design, sewing out the text and full back design on a practice garment, sewing the design on the actual garment, and using the rhinestone wand to bling out the clients design. We only had three thread breaks and one bobin thread fix from a newbie embroidery machine operator!

Our client is taking her new embroidered blinged garment to a conference in Texas on July 19th to show her business network. Our client loved what we created for her. She said that we will probably get many orders when she gets back from her conference.

I am so excited about this. This is an order I originally stitched out on my designer 1 last week. I decided to re-stitch it on the Toyota today. The difference is unreal. I had a few thread struggles because of color limitations, I had to use rayon Annoyed. I am sold on the polyester. I had no pulling on the minky, I used the poly mesh backing. The picture isn't the best (from my phone), but trust me it was as close to perfect as minky dot can be with embroidery on it. Thank you both for assisting us in this new venture.

I was trained by Heath Schumacher at Pantograms, and absolutely LOVE my HM1-C. The print head movement over a stationary garment has proved to be much more precise than the moving garment system (tray) that the DTG brand had in the previous model known as the Kiosk. Having used both, the moving head system is far superior in registration and detail. Are Texmac’s ink costs the same as Pantograms, as I thought they were significantly higher? I am sure everyone wants to think they made the best decision in the product analysis, but from what I hear out there about Tex-Mac, the support I receive from Heath and the Support crew at Pantograms is the winner hands down. They return all of my calls quickly, and Heath, who prints shirts with the same machines he trains on in his spare time, offers more of an insight into the actual business of shirt printing as opposed to a “this button does this – that button does that” style of training. I have had a great history with Pantograms, and the HM1-C, and would recommend them and the equipment to all with the highest regard!

Hi,

Just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how much fun I'm having with my new Meistergram machine. I've made shirts, hats, and bags already. Rhonda was fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better trainer/installer! She was very knowledgeable and was patient in showing me everything on the machine. We really got so much accomplished in a short amount of time - after day 1 I thought my brain my explode from all the new information. I feel confident using the machine by myself now.

I'll call the support department on Monday for some additional help with Forte, but other than that I'm just ready to practice practice practice on all sorts of fabrics.
